What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship orders via UPS and Unites States Postal Service depending on the location of the shipment and order placement. Depending on product availability, orders are usually processed for shipment within 1 business day (excludes weekends and holidays). An accurate shipping address is required. Your signature may be required for delivery.

When placing an order online, you will need:

What Is Your Return Policy?

If within the first 30 days you are not satisfied with the product you may contact support@ketoshop.vip to return the unused portion of the product for a full refund of the product purchase amount.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
